Our Family.
We are Hope & Daryl Stogryn. We've lived at Rising Sun Farm in the rolling hills of Northumberland County Ontario since 2001.
Rising Sun is a 100 acre farm with a few chickens, cats, a dog, and several thousand Christmas trees.
Daryl & Hope have been actively involved in youth ministry both locally and internationally for many years.
Hope is a full-time Grandma, farm manager, crafter, and cookie-baker. Daryl's office as Director of Global Engagement for YFC/Canada is located in our home as well. Our oldest son Nathan is an automotive technician at Woods Auto Sales & Service in Foxboro. He lives in Wooler with his wife Sarah, 19 yo River, 14 year old Val, and 10yo Lutka. Nadia - our oldest daughter lives in Cobourh with her nearly 7yo son Paxton and almost 5yo daughter Eowyn. Nadia is Music Director at St.Paul's Anglican Church in Brighton and also teaches music privately. Isaac - our youngest son - lives in Ottawa where he teaches blacksmithing and works as a sound engineer. Our youngest daughter Mikaela lives with her partner Brian in the Guelph region where she is the Barn Manager at Compass Equestrian.
